All Apparel such as T-shirts, Sweatshirts etc are printed when ordered just for you! This means items are not kept in stock, which is why returns are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes. Please use the size chart within each apparel page and carefully choose your size. If in doubt go one size up!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
